Cold Glass Productions is a digital content production and publishing business. It is a founder-led company that is proud of its relationships with brands, talent, broadcasters and IP holders.
CGP has a unique knowledge base and creative capability. It creates original content and provides digital marketing services for entertainment brands like the BBC and BRIT Awards.
The dual disciplines of being able market and make content mean it is uniquely equipped to grow in a world in which successful content brands are both short and long form and cross multiple digital platforms.
Founded in 2025 by Ben Kerr, Mark Rivers, Sam Cocker, and Tom Young, Cold Glass brought together senior experience from leading production companies, broadcasters, and creative agencies.
Cold Glass is now responsible for some of the UK’s most standout digital entertainment and content, including Dish from Waitrose, they are the digital partner for The BRIT Awards and Mercury Prize, the retained digital marketing partner for BBC Sounds and the BBC’s network of pop music radio brands (Radio 1 to 6Music) plus content for Angela Hartnett’s Murano Restaurant Group. Recently they have launched a new digital entertainment franchise Outsiding hosted by Caitlin Moran and Adam Frost.
The Role
We’re looking for a Data Insight Manager to sit at the heart of the Cold Glass production slate, someone who has worked within media, editorial, or entertainment and understands how content performance translates into creative decisions for digital franchises and shows.
You’ll own how data flows into the production team and key partners and how it’s used. From YouTube and social to audio platforms and partner channels, you’ll build a clear and reliable view of performance, before translating that into narratives the team can use.
You’ll be as comfortable building robust reporting frameworks as you are digging into the detail behind a breakout clip, a spike in returning viewers, or a shift in audience behaviour.
There will also be opportunities to apply these frameworks and insights across other shows currently in development and newly launched shows like Outsiding, helping to shape a data-informed approach to content across our production slate.
As the first dedicated data and insight role within Cold Glass, this is a great opportunity to shape, develop and lead this area within the company as we grow.
