Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the CGP team.

Dish From Waitrose is the epitome of this, and we have big ambitions for the show in 2026. To deliver these plans we want to bring on board a Partnerships Manager.
The show is a process that encompasses client communication, editorial development, content production, talent management, regular shoots, PR, live events, merchandise, data reporting, marketing, platform engagement, and growth strategy.
All these things happen day-in, day-out and we need someone to be a core part of that process, to help it run smoothly and take the lead responsibility for day-to-day client communication, marketing, platform engagement and commercial growth opportunities. You will be a brilliant communicator, highly organised, detail driven, love food, love entertainment and love being part of a team.The experience of the show for our clients, our team, our presenters, our guests, our partners, our suppliers and our audience is what makes Dish Dish.
As Dish from Waitrose grows in 2026, this role will be a key part in continuing to make the experience of the show best-in-class.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison
  • A large part of the success of Dish can be attributed to the unique way we work with Waitrose. You will become an essential part of that process working closely with the Dish Team at Waitrose to understand how the show fits into the wider business strategy on a macro-level. Providing Waitrose with, and facilitating the supply of, data and information that is required to support that.
  • Conversely, you’ll ensure the production team understands the key communication and commercial requirements of Waitrose.
  • Working closely with Team Dish to continue growing opportunities for the show.
  • Track actions and agreed paths with the production team and the client.
  • Manage relationship with Hawk to build PR opportunities.
  • Communication to all parties is key – feeding back to the client and the production and PR team is crucial.
Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships across the production to build and develop further opportunities, PR moments and growth strategy.
  • Understand how we can work with talent and client to grow the brand (live, content, community).
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage client needs with production realities, balance the budget and the desire to push for growth.
  • Strategise, listen, push for more opportunities and help make our ambitions a reality bringing the client and talent along for the ride.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Track record working with brands and productions.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple leads and diaries across productions.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled communicator with an understanding of client needs and opportunities.
